I have a Peacock Premium account from my cable service provider’s subscription, but when I sign in from my Xumo device, my account says I’m on Peacock Free. How can I fix it?

To access your Peacock Premium account:

 

1.  Sign into Peacock on your Xumo TV and cable box or your Xumo Stream Box.  

2.  Use your mobile device or computer to sign into https://peacocktv.com.

3.  Go to the Account page and select your cable provider under the “Link Provider” option.

4.  Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Peacock account. Once completed, you’ll be able to access your Peacock Premium account.

 

Note: Do not use your Xumo account credentials to link your cable provider and Peacock accounts.
